Our Leadership Team

  • Terry and Kim Bradley - Lead Pastors

    Pastor Terry and Kim Bradley have served Broken Bow First Assembly of God as lead pastors since June of 2010.  They have been in the ministry since 1980, and show no signs of quitting any time soon!  Two passions they share are for their church family and their own family.  They have 3 children, and ten grandchildren.  Pastor is an avid golfer and Sooner fan, while Mrs. Kim has a deep love for her grandchildren.

  • Crystal and Justin Hoover - Children's Pastors

    Pastor Crystal and Justin Hoover joined the staff at Broken Bow First Assembly on November 1, 2014.  They  lead the Powerhouse Kids Ministry.  They have three boys Rustin, Rhys and Ryder.  The Hoover family enjoys spending time outdoors; fishing, hiking, playing sports, and whatever else they can find to do outside.  Justin is an avid hunter and fisherman, and Crystal enjoys spending time with her kids or going shopping. 

  • Nessler and Jazmin Zaragoza - Hispanic's Pastors

    Pastor Nessler and Jazmine Zaragoza lead the hispanic ministry, Door of Hope.  The have three kids Abisai, Nesly and Gadiel.   Their home was originally in Mexico but came to Broken Bow in 2014.  They have quickly became a huge part of the ministry at Broken Bow Frist Assembly of God and the Hispanic community.  

  • Emily Davison - Creative Arts Pastor

    Originally from Denton, Texas, Pastor Emily Davison joined the staff of Broken Bow First in summer 2017 as the Creative Arts/Connections Pastor. She graduated Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 2016 with her Bachelor's in Church Ministries. Emily has had a passion for music and various aspects ministry since a young age. She enjoys playing piano, watching her collection of movies, playing with her dog, and being Auntie Em to her two nieces and nephew.

  • Tyler March - Student Ministries Pastor

    Pastor Tyler March joined the Broken Bow Staff in July of 2018. He graduated from Evangel University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies just two months prior to his transition.  Besides youth, Tyler's strongest passions are harvested in music, movies, sports, and literature. He is fascinated with American history and cultural trends that stood before his time, such as music from the 1980's. His immediate and extended family resides in parts of the Northwest Chicago suburbs and Springfield, MO.
